I want to get e-file status notification by email.

I am at the last step of e-filing. In the section "We'll send status updates on your e-file status to:", it shows two options, Mobile and Email, but I only see one box in front of Mobile for me to select. Is there a way that I can get the status notification by Email? Or where should I modify my settings?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

You can check that your return was received by the taxing authority  using these instructions: Check the Electronic Postmark of your Return. Pay close attention to the separate lines for Federal and State. They are separate statuses.
