I want to file tax for 2020 with W2 and 1099-NEC. How can I file tax?

It’s too late efile but you can mail your return.

If the 1099-NEC was for self-employment, then you will probably need Home and Business.  It makes the most sense to start with Deluxe and then upgrade if your taxes require a more expensive version of TurboTax.  Often Deluxe will cover your circumstances.
