I've received verification that my password was correct, but your system still wont accept it. How do I complete?
trying to finalize my taxes. the two step authentication is stopping because it says my info is incorrect. Can I get around this

If you are using TurboTax online, first try clearing your cache and cookies then try again. Also be certain that you are signing into the correct account if you have more than one.
