I’ve filed my taxes and they’ve been accepted at the state and federal level, but I’m still getting notifications from TurboTax reminding me that I need to finish filing

When did you file your taxes? If it was this morning, there may be an overlap in who would receive the reminder email. Go off of the status in your account online. If it has your status as accepted, you are good to go.
