I've filed my 2023 return. Can I upload that into turbo tax to be ready to file 2024 at this time?

No. The 2024 editions of TurboTax have not yet been released.

How did you file your 2023 tax return? If you used TurboTax Online your 2023 information will be transferred automatically when you start your 2024 tax return in TurboTax Online. TurboTax Online for 2024 should be available in early December.


If you used other software, not TurboTax, for your 2023 tax return, you might be able to transfer a very limited amount of information when you start a 2024 tax return in TurboTax Online. See the following FAQ for more information.
