I've cleared and started over my tax return almost three times now and it keeps saying I have a lifetime credit.. but I don't. What can I edit on my return to change it?

On my taxes 'Deductions & Credits' tab , it says I don't qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit.. which I know. But for some reason it keeps coming up that I'm eligible when I get to the filing page and telling me to upgrade. This seems fishy.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
