I tried to clear my tax forms bc I apparently made some mistakes, but it won’t let me since I already paid the fee. How can I start over or start a new file?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you already submitted your payment so you will have to manually edit  your return. As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. If you have done any of these things, you'll need to manually edit your return. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance with how to clear and start over.
