I tried paying with the crebit/debit option. The transaction was rejected. But i was charged a fee ($178) and asked to try again - rejected again and $178 more. What?????
I want to know how to get my money back. How can I be charged two huge fees - the second one was prompted by the turbotax website - even though I did not even send the transfer through???

There is a charge for using the software to prepare your return, not to transmit it. If your return was rejected, you can fix the error and resubmit your return.
