I spoke to a representative of TurboTax last week and informed him the same thing I haven’t been employed since last September and child support

What are my options

Whether or not you are employed is not relevant when completing a tax return.  You must enter all taxable income received during the year.

Child support is not entered on a tax return.

Do you have a specific question concerning the 2023 tax return that you will be completing?

Options for what?

Do you need to file a return?

You don't have to file if you only have W2 income under 13,850 but you can file to get back any withholding taken out in boxes 2 or 17.  But you don't get boxes 4 or 6 back.  If you got a 1099Misc or 1099NEC you have to file it as self employment income no matter how small the amount.
