I received an email from Turbotax Live Expert saying that they had sent me a new message. How do I access this message?

The email I received told me to sign in to my TurboTax account. I pressed the link in the email and signed in to my account. But the API page that came up was very generic and did not appear to have any link to messages. How do I find the message that they said they had sent me?
