You need to contact Intuit Security about a possible account breach at: https://security.intuit.com/
No one could be e-filing anything at this point, so who knows--someone probably just made a mistake and typed something in incorrectly.
The problem is a week later Turbo charge me $74.71on my Visa account. I notified Turbo Tax last April to cancel my account and stop charging this account.
This is the public user forum. No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you. You can make your request with Customer Support. Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”
