I receive error 607 when I enter the activation code that is on my CD cover on Windows 10

I am getting the same error.  My product was initially activated December 2020.  I have used TurboTax without problems for almost one month.  Yesterday I was asked to enter my activation code.  I entered the correct code and I got the 607 error.  Same thing today.

I have rebooted with no change.  I have no problems with internet access.  I disabled virus software and still the error persists.

I no longer believe that the problem is with my system.

If you're using TurboTax CD/Download and have installed and activated the license number, you may receive multiple activation prompts, which results in TurboTax not launching. I have provided a link below that can assist you with getting past this activation code error:
