I rec'd email offer for 20% off. Yet when I click the email link & go to my turbotax account, there is no discount being applied at checkout. How do I get my discount?

Ummm no. It’s an email directly from TurboTax. 
The link in the email says “click here and discount will automatically be applied to your account”, yet when I do, there is no discount showing up when I go to checkout.
