I purchesed Turbotax 2018 Deluxe from Amazon and cannot get the CD to load into my laptop?

I also bought from Amazon and am trying to install on my desktop. Where do I find this key?

i had a similar problem with my desktop , every time i tried to d/load i would get a 1305 error code , then called tt got to change cd , all is find now. .office depot does not c/out cds they credit &then u buy another 

Could you better describe what you are experiencing when you say the CD will not load?  Do you mean the CD will not physically go into your laptop?  If so, you may have a hardware issue.  If you mean that it will not start installing, try use Windows File Explorer to navigate to the disc.  Then click and run SETUP.EXE from the CD.

i would insert cd in  it would  load up to a point  it would install up to 28 % then give error 1305  , so i took  cd back got a replacement   new cd works fine no problems

I installed Deluxe disc and downloaded to 29% and stopped.   Spun all night to no avail.  Deleted this morning and rebooted today and tried to reload and same problem. I purchased at BJ's, guess I will return for new CD. Can't find TT helpline phone number?
