I purchased Turo Tax 2024 Federal Delux , downloaded to my computer. When I opened it, a box appeared and said there was an error and to send my email . No response

What is my next step to get the program to work.

Did you get this error before entering anything into your 2024 return?  Were you able to transfer last year's return?  If you can give more info about the error, we'll try to help.
