I purchased TurboTax Advantage but I can't access it.

I try to sign into my account and it takes me back to the sign in screen each time. I still can't access my account.

Try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Safari or Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.

can you send the link again so I can download what I purchased. I need to file my 2019 taxes and I assume I need this to do so.
