I purchased Turbo Tax deluxe federal and state fron Costco. How can I enter the code they send me?

I have an email from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxx.xxx I don’t know how to enter the code they sent to me

There are 2 ways you can enter that code,

  1. You can enter the code in the software, after you've downloaded and installed it. 
  2. You can enter it on our website, get a download, then download and install the software.

See if you can get a refund from Costco.

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions can only be installed on a personal computer using either a Windows or Mac operating system, not on a mobile device.
