I pay the bill for TurboTax via my federal Refund last year, but TurboTax also charged my checking account duplicated. I called five specialists, no one solves that!
The form to request a refund never work, spinning with "we try to locate your order" forever! That is a very bad experience

Try clearing your cache and deleting cookies; if the issue persists, try using the form in a different browser altogether. I am including 2 FAQ's for your reference below:
