I paid to do the state e-file but found out I have to mail my forms instead, how do I get a refund?

You indicated that you are using TurboTax Online. In TurboTax Online there is no charge for e-filing. The TurboTax fee for the state is for using the software to prepare your state tax return. The fee is the same whether you e-file or file by mail.

I had finished both the Federal and one State taxes and was submitting my forms.  I paid the $24.99 to do the e-file to the state but when I pressed the send button, Turbo Tax stated that I have to send both the Federal and State returns by U. S mail.  I have the Turbo Tax software loaded on my computer, I buy the program every year and load the disc program onto my computer, therefore there is no charge for preparing state taxes unless I load more than one state, of which  I did not.  So, does anyone know if Turbo Tax will refund the $24.99 since I did not e-file?
