I paid over $100 to TurboTax and submitted my return for 2023, but it looks like this wasn’t sent to the IRS. Where can I get in contact with someone without extra fees?

I submitted the return later in the year in 2023, but I paid for the Deluxe version of TurboTax so I could have the extra assistance. I remember filing the return, and I have the order information from then, but I need to know there my files went since the IRS has no record of the reports. They recently also filed a letter of no-filing, and I need to know how to fix this.

Just paying the fees doesn’t file the return.   Did you go through all the steps to efile?  When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?

Also...you need to be perfectly clear about which tax year you are talking about, and what year you filed it.

A return filed later in 2023 cannot be a 2023 tax return......it would be a 2022 tax return because the 2023 software isn't ready yet, and the IRS doesn't even have most of their final 2023 forms released until mid-late January of 2024.

Or did you file 2023 taxes later in 2024 ???  IF so....then how late?   TTX shuts down e-filing in mid-late October, so if it was after ~15th of October, you may have had to print and mail it in yourself....even if TTX let you finish preparing it after the 15th of Oct.
