I paid for the MAX add-on, but when it took me to the Full Identity Protection page, I was not able to check the box near my signature. I had to "decline". What now?

Once I chose the MAX add-on option, I was taken to another page so that I could sign an agreement saying I agreed to the terms and conditions of the Full Identity Protection. However, I was not able to check the box in order to verify my signature, therefore I couldn't progress past the page. I wanted to finish my return, so I hit "decline". But now I paid $50 for MAX but without the identity protection. What do I do now?
