I paid for premier live support last year, how do I talk to a Tax Expert about last-years return? I started this year's return, but don't intend to pay for premier live.

Last years return was already accepted but I believe there might be a mistake that I found doing this years return, and I would like to talk to a tax expert about last year's return (that I paid for last year).  I do not want to pay for premier live this year.  It's nearly impossible to talk to a human at turbotax without it, and they were unable to find a way to connect me.

Please follow the instructions here to speak with a live agent.

Thanks for the reply, this was helpful in that it provided me with an easier way to talk to a customer service agent but not a tax expert.  I was able to contact someone and the summary of my findings is that Premier Live allows you access to tax experts through the whole calendar year but expires at the end of the year and you won't be able to talk to an expert about the return an expert helped you with after that year is up unless you pay again.

For details: the customer service agent I talked to this afternoon couldn't easily find the answer but had the good suggestion to read over the terms and conditions.  I couldn't conveniently find the T&Cs doc from 2021 but I found a current version, and section 2.5.C.12 states: "TurboTax Live also permits you to speak with an Expert regarding supported tax-related Tax Year 2021 questions you may have through December 30, 2022.".  I assume something similar applied last year and therefore I lost the ability to talk to an expert about last year's return at the end of the calendar year unless I re-up my premier service.
