I ordered the program for windows and all that will come up to download is for MAC. I need the program for windows!!!!!!!!Robert [removed]

THERE ARE NO MORE DETAILS !!!  I NEED THE PROGRAM FOR WINDOWS NOT FOR MAC!!! HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND?

You will need to contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a support agent to get the correct software pushed to your download account.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
