I opened my Turbo tax account in January filed my taxes and received my refund....then recently I tried logging in can't. Even submit my ID and they say they can't confir

They say they can't confirm my that the account belongs to me! I have emails that show I had an account. I tried opening another account with my same info but it's blank no info like I never filed.....PLEASE HELP!!!!
