If you have not paid for or registered your TurboTax return then you can use the Clear and Start Over feature to downgrade.

  1. While in your TurboTax Online program (after clicking Continue your return)
Select My Account, then click on Clear & start over.
  2. On the Are you sure you want to clear your return? pop up screen, if you are sure about clearing all your entries and starting over, click Yes
Then a new screen confirms you have cleared your entries, click Continue.
  3. A Help us find the right TurboTax product for you screen shows the TurboTax Online products and features.
  4. Select your new TurboTax Online product by clicking the Start for Free button.

It only offers premier or full service, and there is no "my account".

@kageoffire   What are you trying to do?  Do you want to go to a lower version like Deluxe or Free Edition?

To go back to a lower version or the Free Edition you can try to clear and start over https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-clear-and-start-over-in-turbotax-online/00/26444

In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?

Or try the IRS Free File program
