Sorry---desktop software cannot be used on an iPad or any other mobile device--only on a full PC or Mac. Can you borrow a computer from a friend or family member to use the software on? Or you can use the paper forms and prepare them by hand....or find some other software (????) that will work on your iPad.
The tax forms for 2019 include a Form 1040 and three possible extra “Schedules”:

The TurboTax desktop software can only be installed on a personal computer, desktop or laptop, not on a mobile device.

You can download the PDF and the tax data file of the tax return started with the online editions to assist in completing the 2019 tax return.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
You can either install the software on a friend's computer and continue the 2019 tax return. Or you can seek out a local paid tax professional to assist you in completing the return using the information you have already entered.
