When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters.. If you need more room, lower on the form you will come to another box with plenty of room to enter details.
Or if you want general Customer Support (hours 5AM-5PM Pacific; 8AM-8PM Eastern), you can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.
Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "Online". And for Which Edition indicate "LIVE" in the dropdown menu.

You appear to be using Live Deluxe. That Live feature is available
during business hours. 8AM-5PM Pacific, Monday-Friday.
The Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro. It also includes a final review of your return, which they will sign, and continued tax help/advice during the year.
Live Deluxe is currently 119.99 for a Federal return and 44.99 for a state return. If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)
