I need to complete form8962 and send copy of Form1095-A can I do this thru turbo tax???

tax form rejected no 8962 completed when tax return done

Taxpayers use Form 8962 to figure the amount of their premium tax credit (PTC) and reconcile it with advance payment of the premium tax credit (APTC).

TurboTax will automatically fill out Form 8962 when you enter Form 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement

 

Report your 1095-A and TurboTax will calculate the amount of credit that you might have to pay back.

To report form 1095-A:

 

 

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Go to Federal Taxes.
  3. Go to Deductions and Credit.
  4. Scroll down to Medical and click show more.
  5. Go to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
