We moved so I can't find my W-2's but I had entered them all in on Turbo Tax when I filed the extension.

A tax return filed without a copy of the W-2's may be accepted by the IRS since they will already have the forms received from your employers.
However, the IRS may request the a copy of the W-2's for other reasons so you should get them from your employers as soon as possible.

It's past my deadline though. I downloaded and paid for the software. It will only show a copy of my extension that I filed but nothing else for 2016.

Did you complete a 2016 tax return using the online editions? You should have started or completed a Form 1040EZ, Form 1040A or a Form 1040 to include other forms and schedules to be included with the tax return. Depending on the tax data you entered in the TurboTax program.

You may have more than one userID for your online account. This is a common problem when accessing the online tax returns.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2016 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

The account I'm in is the email I've always used. It shows my 2014 and 2015 taxes and also my extension for 2016. It says welcome back and what to do to finish my 2016 taxes. I did what it said and paid for the $69.99 download but it won't pull it up.
