I'm trying to import from Fidelity but it says the username is not valid. My Fidelity username is 8 characters but the form seems to require at least 9.

Several users are reporting this issue. I've asked a Moderator to look at it later this morning.

It was reported on another thread that your social security number may be the correct "log in".
Before you try it, do you mind posting a screenshot here so I can submit it as a possible typo?
Thank you! Please let us know.

The problem seems to be clearly in that new username length validation in turbotax.

Fidality allows usernames with 6-15 characters. Turbotax requires it to be at least 9 now (worked with shorter usernames last year).

Mine username was 8 character long. I workarounded that problem by changing my username in Fidelity. Now it's longer than 8 characters and I can use it in Turbotax.
