I’m trying to finish my 2020 taxes and ever time I click on the tile to open it, it want to do an update. I click update it thinks and try’s to update. Then I get a error 1603. I click ok a

No. I am still unable to download the update successfully or open Turdotax on my computer. I did all the scans on my computer and they all say everything is ok and working as designed.

Turbo Tax "fix" for update failure 1603 does not work.  I need some help on this.

• MichelleLO, I reached out to customer service yesterday  (case#[social security number removed]) ans again today (case#[social security number removed]).  Neither one was able to fix the issue.   I was finally instructed to Uninstall the program and reinstall it to "hopefully" fix the issue.  I have a high probability of loosing my completed federal return in this process.  Hours of work would be gone.  I am completely unsatisfied with this.

That update is totally useless. I've updated Windows, checked system files, and it has nothing to do with my laptop. It's a TT problem of which the company is taking no responsibility to resolve.
