I'm trying to file my 2020 taxes thru the App but it keeps bringing up Reload and I can't go further than that.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This may help. It is possible that the site is getting more requests than what it is designed to handle due to extraordinary circumstances. If it does not work, you may have to use Turbo Tax online.
