I'm not getting an email to confirm my identity. I have completed and am ready to file. I am on Step 3- Get ready to save and file your returns. I confirmed the correct email and checked my spam folder.

Those directions are out of date but I walked through all of them. My email address is correct. It was correct. I re-typed it anyways. Nothing has changed because the address isn't the problem. The email just isn't showing up. Gmail addy.
