I'm newly married and filed joint. Our refund was taken for his student loans. How do I file the injured spouse form through TurboTax?

Yes, you may do this.  Since you have already filed, please see the following FAQ and click on the arrow What if I've already filed?  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3326788

Please keep in mind, though, that Injured Spouse Relief is completely determined by the IRS.  While the idea is that they determine how much of the refund is based off of your income, since he carried this offset-able debt (a debt that the IRS can use your refund to pay for), only they will determine how much of the refund, if any, will be returned.
