I'm being told it won't calculate my crypto taxes because 116 transactions are missing the cost basis. I have reviewed all the transactions and they look correct. Ideas?

The cost basis is the amount paid for the cryptocurrencies.  Check the CSV that you imported and make sure that there is a value for what you paid for all the transactions.  Otherwise you may have to go through all of them typing zeros into each transaction missing a cost basis in order to get the system to calculate.

So I also reported the issue to support on the site itself and as if by magic the next day all the exceptions were resolved.  I had checked all the fields prior to reporting the issue so cost basis was populated.
