If you can't download your TurboTax for Windows program, follow all of these following steps, and try downloading again.
If you successfully downloaded your product but are now having trouble finding or installing it, see the related info at the bottom of the page.
TurboTax Advantage: If you're usingTurboTax Advantage and don't have the blue download now link in your account, you can get to your download by selecting the product description in the Items Ordered column instead.
I'm using a wireless connection.
I'm not using wireless or those steps didn't help me.

I DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE ON TO MY WORK COMPUTER. IN THE PAST THAT HAS NOT BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE A TRAVEL A LOT AND LIKE TO HAVE IT WHILE I'M ON THE ROAD. THIS YEAR THE POLICY HAS CHANGED AND I WASN'T TOLD. I NOW CAN'T INSTALL IT ON MY WORK COMPUTER. HOW DO I GET IT ON TO MY PERSONAL COMPUTER OR CAN IT BE TRANSFERED?

What has changed? You can download and install the program on 5 computers. You will need to enter the new License Code on each one.
