I installed turbotax deluxe but it won activate when i use lincense info. i mentions someting about disabling virus protectors which i did. how can i resolve.

#2....if a Windows system, ...  some Windows updates were released in the last week. 

If partially installed, it blocks the TTX startup.   Reboot to get those updates fully installed.
