I have waited over 45 days for my Invite A Friend referral bonuses. I called and talked to Customer Service and they were unable to help. What can I do?

Customer Service had no idea about the program and, after half an hour on hold, were unable to help.  They told me to just keep waiting.

If it has been 45 days or more, please check your email to see if you have received an email. It should be from either TurboTax@f.turbotax.intuit.com, or if you requested a e-gift card, from rewards@tremendous.com.

 

If you cannot locate this email, please click here to contact customer support. If you get an agent who is unable to assist you or does not know about the process, please ask to speak with a manager who can assist you.
