TurboTax accounts cannot be merged. Pick one and stick with it. Keep a record of how to access the "old" one in case you need to get to it someday.
I've already paid 204.14 on the new account for full service, but it wouldn't let me proceed bc it said I needed my 2019 tax returns and I hadn't done my taxes through TurboTax before. So I went in and found out I had an older account I've been using for 8 years and want to proceed with that account. Can I either get a refund for the full service I paid for or somehow get that transferred to my old account?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
Super unhelpful. I'll make sure to give feedback on this disappointing experience.
