I have to refile as my taxes were not accepted but my computer has crashed & I can't get back into refile what do I do?

can a talk to a real person?

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time daily

 

 

Were you using the CD/download or online software?  If you were using the CD/download, your tax return is not stored online.  It is only on the hard drive of the computer you were using.   You may need to start over using online TT if you cannot get your computer issues resolved soon enough.
