I have completed step 3 of the e-file process and it takes me on an endles loop back to starting step 3, but all the information I entered is already there now.

How do I e-file with this error?

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies; you may even try using a different browser altogether. Let us know if the issue persists.
