I have completed my 2021 Federal and State returns, but continues to be rejected. Can you help me?

First time using Turbo Tax. In 2020 my husband info was primary this year when I started I used my information first. The AGI is correct.

Please review the following FAQ: how to fix a rejected tax return in Turbo Tax. Once you have reviewed this resource, logged into Turbo Tax and attempted to fix, if you still require assistance reply here and we will further assist.

***If you have a rejection code, feel free to include it here for assistance on your specific rejection reason.

If the code is IND-032-04 for AGI you will have to go to the IRS site to get what they have on record as your prior year AGI.  My TurboTax return was not correct because the IRS corrected my return and sent a letter informing me of that.  What TurboTax had on file was not correct but I went to the IRS site and got the AGI they had on file.

Just a note, if you do not have a sign-in for the IRS site you can enroll but it is a long process (about 20 minutes) with pics of your drivers license needed (front and back) and a selfie but you will eventually get your sign-on.

I continued to have problems with the AGI and passwords.

Checked with the accountant office that did our taxes last year, they said they use SS numbers now aware of passwords.

I finally switched to the print and mail option which was disappointing.  Intuit process the $20.00 File fee.

Lesson learned.
