I have been trying for days now to upload from square , even had one of the turbo tax employee help. Says no secure connection, used 3 different computers. Help

Before contacting support, Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cachedelete cookies and reboot your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
