I have been having several issues with Turbot Tax this year. I tried to call the 800# but the automated voice is not directing me to speak with someone.

I can't give specifics to why I am calling to a robot. Please give me a number I can call direct to speak with someone, that is if you want my business this year.

Then try the other options. Use the TurboTax contact website since it will give you an Incident Number and a toll free number to call directly into Support.
