I have been efiling taxes, but now I cant go past review federal filing choices. TT is stuck in this page.

I have been efiling taxes using TT for few years, and had no issues. But this year 2019, I cant go past review federal filing choices. TT is stuck in this page. After making all entries, when I click continue, it is still staying in the same page. It does continue to show in red to double check the electronic routing number for debit. This number is same as last year as well, and the number did not change.

For trrammy: I had the exact same problem and we just figured it out.  Our bank (Bank of America) has 2 routing numbers.  When I tried the other number it worked.  I think one number might be for paper routing (like on the bottom of checks), and the other is for electronic routing, which is what we needed.

I have the exact same problem.  Have you figured it out?

Yes, the answer is below. I have used the same routing number before, but this year it is not going through. Looks like the routing number on paper checks is strictly enforced these days. TT suggests to use the one on paper check, but verify with your bank website

I have a similar problem, but I'm using Mac version and when I click "continue", the "calculating" dialog pops up and goes away and nothing else happens. I've re-checked all the details (Edit buttons), but everything appears populated correctly with no errors. Any ideas what to try next?

I had the same problem. If you see the red lines saying double check your banks routing number do a search of your banks routing numbers. I found that there was a new routing number for Bank of America that wasn't on the older lists I found on my searches.
