I have an access code and i don't know how to log in. How do i do this?

I am at a screen which says, "tell us a it about you.."

This doesn't seem right. where do i go from here?

Did you buy the Desktop program and have the 16 digit License Code?

For some reason you have accessed the TurboTax online editions.  Close the window for the online edition and return to your computer.

 

You purchased the TurboTax software to be installed on a personal computer, either with a CD or a Download.  Start the installation and during the install you will be asked to enter the 16-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that verifies the software and allows you to finish installing and begin using TurboTax.

 

Start a New Tax Return using the installed software.  Then complete and file the 2022 tax return using the software.  

 

At no time do you need to access the TurboTax online editions.
