I have a premier version of turbotax, but I was unable to open my tax file with an error message number 102345 , I need help

I used turbo tax for so many years, but I was not happy because no one in your company to help me how to resolve the error message 102345

You can encounter this error if you are opening a non tax file within Turbo Tax or if you are opening a prior tax return on a current program. 

 

For instance the 2019 return can only be opened on 2019 software.
