I have a license code from my purchase at Costco, but on my iPad, it says it’s downloaded, with nothing else. Nowhere to enter code or install.

The TurboTax CD/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac.

You can put the Online version on the iPad.

Desktop download software cannot be used on an iPad.  Only a full PC or Mac meets the system requirements.

If you do not have a compute that meets the system requirements, then seek a refund for the download.  Use online TurboTax instead.  You cannot pay for online with the license key.
