I have a discount through employer and bank, I click on the link to take me to the Turbo Tax website with discount prices. However, discount does not apply at checkout

If you are using the discount link from your employer/bank and it is not applying at checkout, you will need to resolve this billing issue by calling TurboTax customer support.  Please see How do I contact TurboTax?
