I have a dependent paid more than half of expenses. Turbotax says "you don't qualify as Head of Household because you didn't pay for more than 50% of household expenses."

Who is the dependent?   Is the dependent related to you?   If your dependent is a GF, BF, or person not related to you they cannot be a qualified dependent to file as HOH.

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
